The Word of God is true, the Word of God is powerful. The Word of God reveals who we are and has solutions to the many problems we face in life. Yet, sadly, many people do not read the Word for themselves. They wait for Sunday to go to church and hear what the Pastor who studied the Word has to say. My brothers and sisters, children of the Most High God, this ought not to be. Proverbs 4: 22 says 

“My son, give attention to my words; incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart; For they are life to those who find them, And health to all their flesh”

Joshua 1:8 – 9 says:

“This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.”

There is so much more to say on this and we will be going over it in our future sermons. Let’s spend time in the Word of God and live victorious lives.
